Project Tutorial - Using my zutter - Kleenex Box Cover

Kleenex Box Cover

I created this fun and lively Kleenex box cover for the box of Kleenex I keep in my scrapbook room. The majority of the supplies used in project are from ClubScrap.com

Supplies needed:

* Cardstock (ClubScrap “Avant Garde” kit)
* Rubberstamps Ink Embellishments (ClubScrap “Avant Garde” kit)
* Zutter Bind-it-all binding machine (or you could improvise and use a hole punch)
* Lots of ribbons and fibers

1. Get your box of Kleenex and take the measurements of each side, then add about an 1/8th of inch to each of your measurements and cut cardstock out to those dimensions.

2. On the top piece you will need to cut out a hole for the Kleenex to come out.

3. Ink all the edges and rubberstamp various images. Add flowers, brads, tags as shown.

4. Using the zutter, cut/punch out holes all along the sides and top of each of the sides and all edges of the top piece, ensuring that the holes line up. Works best to put both pieces into the zutter at the same time to punch the holes, just keep track of what piece goes where when punching them.

5. Once they are all punched, start tying the pieces together with pieces of fibers or ribbons (roughly 6-8 inches long).

6. Once done, slide over top your box of Kleenex and you are done!

Good luck and have fun!
