Project - Acrylic Album pg1

Here is the first page of the acrylic album I did. I rubberstamped various images in black on one side of the acrylic and painted the other side edges with white paint.

Project - Display Book

This is a cool kit from ClubScrap. It is a snazzy album that has a hard front cover and back cover, that you cover with paper. When you put the whole thing together - it just happens to stand up very nicely, so it is great for displaying.

I chose to cut out a square from the front cover to see inside prior to wrapping the cover with the cardstock.

For the design on this cardstock, I did a masking technique. I took painter's tape and cut it into triangular strips and adhered them all over the cardstock in various directions, overlapping some of them. Then I used a brown ink and a sponge and inked over top the cut strips. I then rubberstamped the flower burst image and then removed the strips. I think it turned out in a really cool look.

And he took a wife....

I have shared with you all the ventures of my kids' elves and all their antics all month long prior to Christmas...well one of my dearest friends felt I should have fun too and gave me this lil guy elf 2 years ago. Then this year, she gave me this lil gal elf. They are so intricate and detailed. I adore them. Thanks so much to my dear friend for giving them to me and her thoughtfulness - she really is the best!!!

Jewelry - Stamped wooden pieces

This was a fun piece I created. The bracelet is elastic so it stretches to make a great fit. Made a matching necklace to go with the bracelet. TFL DebDuzScrappin

Project - Memories in Miniature

Isn't this fabulous - it is like two tiny lil scrapbook layouts back to back in the clear glass holder. I added beads to the necklace and then also created a matching set of earrings. This was another gift I made for my mom for Christmas this year.

Project - Solstice Mini Library - Set of 4 books

Here is the sweetest little set of mini books from ClubScrap's Solstice Kit. These lil books are TINY...I don't have them in front of me, but roughly I would guess they are 2x3. Very sweet library of books.

Project - Post It Note pad & Cover #3

This is a cute little spiral Bound "post-it note" pad with cover. I made a number of these, all using ClubScrap's Birds of a Feather papers.

These are really quite simple to make:
1. Cut a piece of mat board about 1 inch larger than your post-it pad, so mine is a 3x3 pad, I cut my mat board 4x4.
2. Cover your mat board with patterned paper front and back.
3. Using a bind it all punch the spiral cuts at the top of each of the covers.
4. Insert the spiral binding.
5. Peel off last page of post-it notes and attach to inside back cover.
6. Embellish front as desired.

Thanks for looking - DebDuzScrappin'
